Support is sales and marketing
Spot who went quiet. Win them back in one reply.
The tickets your agent answered, the pages people viewed, the carts they left and the orders they stopped placing all sit on one customer record. So the question that finds the quiet accounts also drafts the campaign to win them back, with a control group, and you send it from the same chat.

FAQs
What does Zellwo Analytics actually do?
It lets you ask your shop questions in plain language from Claude or ChatGPT and answers them from your own data: tickets, contacts, companies, page views, carts, purchases, campaigns and the questions your help articles could not answer. When an answer calls for action, it drafts it for your approval.
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
For the questions, yes: you ask them in Claude or ChatGPT, on your own account. Without either, the dashboard in the app still shows tickets, purchases, revenue, conversion and your customers by stage.
Who can see what?
The assistant works with the permission level of the person who connected it, and can be limited to read-only. Figures a person cannot see in the app, such as revenue or another department's tickets, stay out of their answers too.
What can I ask?
Anything your workspace knows: which questions came up most, which products get compatibility questions, what people searched for and did not find, which accounts went quiet, how a campaign did against its control group, which tickets needed a person and why.
What does it cost?
Asking from Claude or ChatGPT is included in the Scale plan, and the dashboard in every plan. No seats, so every admin can ask.
Ask your shop anything.
