It puts a search bar and chat on your store. A shopper writes what they need, and Zellwo answers from your catalogue with the products that fit, their price and stock, in 22 languages, then keeps talking to compare them. Every search lands on the customer’s record.

Which catalogues can it read?

A Google Merchant feed, Shopify, WooCommerce, a CSV file or a JSON API, synced on a schedule.

Does it know what fits my customers’ cars or devices?

It matches what the shopper writes against your product data. Where the answer is on the web, you can turn on web search in settings.

What happens when it doesn’t know?

It says so, asks your team in Slack or email, and learns the answer as an article for next time.

What does it cost?
