What does Zellwo connect to?
Your site through one script tag, with ready-made snippets for Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Next.js; your catalogue from Shopify, WooCommerce, a Google Merchant Center feed, CSV or JSON; email, SMS and Slack; any HTTPS API through connectors; and Claude or ChatGPT.
Is there a Shopify app?
Not yet. On Shopify you paste the snippet into your theme and connect your catalogue in the dashboard; products, stock and prices then sync on their own.
Can the agent look up orders in my own system?
Yes, through a connector to your API. You choose per action whether it is off, asks a person first or always runs, and anything that changes an order waits for approval.
Do you support WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram?
WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct messages are on the roadmap, without dates, all landing in the same inbox. Voice is not planned: customers reach you through the website chat, email and SMS.
Can I run Zellwo from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Add Zellwo as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT and sign in once. The assistant can then do what the dashboard does, within your own permission level.
